NSWRU Youth State 7s Championship

Gordon Junior Rugby will be competing in the NSW State Rugby 7’s Championship this October in Mudgee, NSW and we would welcome as many of our players to trial for these representative squads.  

We will select a Squad of 12 + 1 reserve for each of the following age groups U11, U13, U15, U17 - both Boys & Girls. (If we get the numbers)

 

BOYS & GIRLS

📍 Glen Willow Regional Sporting Complex, Mudgee

📅 October 8 to 11, 2026

• U11 and U13 Boys and Girls: Thursday 8th and Friday 9th October

• U15 and U17 Boys and Girls: Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October

 

The selection trial dates are TBC but please compete this EOI - https://forms.gle/Ch1ZWufEj4veeStt8 if you would like to be considered for a Gordon Team.

 

Prerequisite for selection
- Open to Players registered with a Gordon Junior District Club for the 2026 season

- MUST fall into one of the Age Groups below 
- MUST be able to trial on the above dates.
- MUST be available to travel and play in Mudgee for all of the days listed above. 

 

U11 (born 2016 & 2015)

U13 (born 2014 & 2013) 

U15 (born 2012 & 2011)

U17 (born 2010 & 2009)

 

NB: There will be a cost payable per player which will include, playing kit and training program.

 

Once times and venues for trials have been confirmed, we will send out via email and add to social media. Please encourage all to register their expression of interest.
