Sydney Junior Rugby Union will be conducting 7s competitions for both girls and boys in 2019.

The decision has been made to run 2 waves of Competitions for Girls and 1 wave for Boys in the U10s, U12s, U14s U16s and U18s age groups.

The Competition will be conducted on Saturday afternoon/evenings between 4pm and 8:30pm from February 17th at venues across the Sydney Basin and will be called Saturday Night Sizzling 7s. Younger age groups will be scheduled to start in the earlier time slots, with older age groups to follow.
